I am a retiree from the state. I wasn't confident of my understanding of Medicare as I approached my 65th birthday. Fortunately, I responded to a mailing from Cole (I never do that!) and scheduled a meeting. He educated me quickly and painlessly, and consequently empowered me to do some deeper research on my own. I called the insurance provider I had at the time, spoke with billing staff at the hospital and both of my health care providers, (and even 1 of the providers himself when he overheard) and a couple individuals with extensive long term chronic health problems. I worked the numbers from every angle I could think of and couldn’t believe how clear the results were! Now, after making a switch, I am saving considerably by paying a little higher monthly premium and then the minimum deductible all year long! At my first meeting with Cole, he came completely prepared, explained the way Medicare works (which is much more complicated than I knew), and was able to give me some great suggestions. I had spoken to some national brokers and thankfully did not go with them since some of the plans they recommended were no longer viable in Brunswick/St. Simons area.
